No filings required. The Liens and security interests referred to herein shall be deemed valid and perfected by entry of the Interim Bankruptcy Court Order or the Final Bankruptcy Court Order, as the case may be, and entry of the Interim Bankruptcy Court Order shall have occurred on or before the date of any Loan prior to the Final Period and entry of the Final Bankruptcy Court Order shall have occurred on or before the date of any Loan during the Final Period. The Collateral Agent shall not be required to file any financing statements, mortgages, notices of Lien or similar instruments in any jurisdiction or filing office, take possession or control of any Collateral, or take any other action in order to validate or perfect the Lien and security interest granted by or pursuant to this Agreement, the Interim Bankruptcy Court Order or the Final Bankruptcy Court Order, as the case may be, or any other Credit Document.
