Common use of No Financing Condition Clause in Contracts

No Financing Condition. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that its obligations to effect the transactions contemplated by this Agreement are not conditioned upon the availability to Purchaser or any of its Affiliates of any debt, equity or other financing in any amount whatsoever.
