No Forecast or Guarantee. Each party acknowledges that it has formed its own assessment of the economic implications of entering into this Agreement and that it is not relying on any statements, warranties or representations, made by or on behalf of the other party, with respect to the likely or possible amount of business, fees, revenues, expenses or profits, which might arise by reason of its participation in the programs set forth in this Agreement, none of which shall be treated as a forecast or guarantee of any particular result.
