Common use of No Forfeiture Clause in Contracts

No Forfeiture. Except by the enforcement of a judgment lien against the property of the defaulting Party, nothing contained in this Agreement shall create any reversion, condition, or right of re-entry or other provisions for forfeiture under which either Party can be cut off, subordinated, or otherwise disturbed in the possession of its property.
