Common use of No Forfeiture Clause in Contracts

No Forfeiture. Except by enforcement of a judgment lien against such property, nothing contained in this Agreement shall create any reversion, condition or right of re-entry or other provisions for forfeiture under which any Party can be cut off, subordinated or otherwise disturbed in the possession of its property.
