No Fractional ADSs to Be Delivered. (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Put Option Agreement, the Holder shall not be required to deliver any fraction of an ADS upon exercise of any Put Options. (b) The Seller hereby expressly waives its right to receive any fraction of an ADS or a receipt representing a fraction of an ADS.
