No Fractional Common Shares. Notwithstanding any adjustment provided for in Section 11 hereof, the Corporation shall not be required upon the exercise of any Options to issue fractional Common Shares in satisfaction of its obligations hereunder and the Holder understands and agrees that it will not be entitled to any cash payment or other form of compensation in respect of a fractional Common Share that might otherwise have been issued.
