Common use of No Fraud Clause in Contracts

No Fraud. Neither the Seller, the originator, nor any employee or agent of the Seller or the originator has participated in any fraud or intentional material misrepresentation with respect to the Mortgagor, the Mortgaged Property or any guarantor. To Seller's actual knowledge, no Mortgagor or guarantor is guilty of defrauding or making an intentional material misrepresentation to the Seller with respect to the origination of the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgagor or the Mortgaged Property.
