No Funding of Severance. Nothing contained in this Agreement or otherwise shall require the Company to segregate, earmark or otherwise set aside any funds or other assets to provide for any payments required to be made under paragraphs 2 and 3 hereof, and the rights of the Executive to any benefits hereunder shall be solely those of a general, unsecured creditor of the Company.
