Common use of No Funding Required Clause in Contracts

No Funding Required. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring the Corporation to establish a trust or otherwise to fund any payments to be made under this Agreement, but the Corporation in its discretion may establish such nonqualified trusts or other arrangements as it determines to be appropriate to assist it in meeting its obligations under this Agreement.
