NO FURTHER APPOINTMENTS. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 22.1 (Power to delegate), the Mortgages Trustee shall not appoint any agent, attorney or other delegate having power to act in respect of the Trust Property unless it is directed in writing to do so by the Beneficiaries.
