No Further Assignment; Assignment Fee. No assignee shall have the right to further assign its rights and obligations pursuant to Section 11.07(a). Any Lender which makes an assignment shall pay to the Agent a one-time administrative fee of $3,500, which shall not be reimbursed by Borrower.
