NO FURTHER ASSIGNMENT OR PLEDGE. 5.1 The Borrower shall not, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Agent or otherwise permitted under the Loan Agreement, be entitled to further assign or pledge the Earnings and/or the Insurances.
NO FURTHER ASSIGNMENT OR PLEDGE. The Assignor shall not, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Agent, be entitled to further assign or pledge the Earnings, the Insurances, the Intercompany Claims and/or the Pledged Accounts.
