No Further Claim. Without limitation of the provisions of Section 16.1 and 16.2, upon dissolution, each Limited Partner shall look solely to the assets of the Partnership for the return of its capital, and if the Partnership’s property remaining after payment or discharge of the debts and liabilities of the Partnership, including debts and liabilities owed to one or more of the Limited Partners, is insufficient to return the aggregate capital contributions of each Limited Partner, such Limited Partners shall have no recourse against the Partnership, any Limited Partner or the General Partner.
