Common use of No Further Consent Clause in Contracts

No Further Consent. The consent by any Party to any Transfer shall not constitute a consent to any subsequent Transfer or to any subsequent or successive Transfer. Any purported or attempted Transfer contrary to the provisions of this Section shall be void and, at the option of such Party, shall terminate this Agreement.
