No Further Obligation to Employee. The payments and benefits (if any) required to be made or provided to Employee pursuant to this Section 5 shall be in full and complete satisfaction of, and shall constitute the full settlement and release of the Company by Employee with regard to, all obligations of the Company owed to Employee pursuant to this Agreement. After the date of termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, the Company shall have no further obligations to Employee under this Agreement except as otherwise set forth herein.
