No Further Obligations. Upon any termination of the Agreement by the Company for "Cause" pursuant to Section 2 of the Part B, or by reason of the Employee's death or disability pursuant to Section 3 of the Part B, neither the Company nor any subsidiary or division thereof shall be liable for or be required to pay to the Employee any further remuneration, compensation or other benefits hereunder.
