Common use of No Further Ownership Rights in Common Stock Clause in Contracts

No Further Ownership Rights in Common Stock. From and after the Effective Time, the holders of shares of Common Stock which were outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall cease to have any rights with respect to such shares of Common Stock except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by applicable law. All cash paid upon the surrender of Certificates in accordance with the terms hereof shall be deemed to have been issued in full satisfaction of all rights pertaining to the shares of Common Stock.

From and after the Effective Time, the holders of shares of Common Stock which and Class A Common stock that were outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall cease to have any rights with respect to such shares of Common Stock except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by applicable law. All cash paid upon the surrender of Certificates in accordance with the terms hereof shall be deemed to have been issued in full satisfaction of all rights pertaining to the shares of Common Stock or Class A Common Stock.

All cash paid upon the surrender of Certificates in accordance with the terms hereof shall be deemed to have been issued in full satisfaction of all rights pertaining to the shares of Common StockTime.
