No Further Ownership Rights in Fund Interests. The Merger Consideration issued or paid upon the conversion of the Fund Interests in accordance with the terms hereof (including any cash or dividends or other distributions paid pursuant to Section 2.2(d)) shall be deemed to have been issued (and paid) in full satisfaction of all rights pertaining to such Fund Interests.
