No Further Rights in Company Share Awards; Company Share Plan Termination. With respect to the Company Share Plans, (i) each holder of a Company Option, Company RSU or Company PSU, will cease to have any rights with respect thereto, except the right to receive the Option Consideration, RSU Consideration and PSU Consideration, as applicable, payable at the time and in the manner set forth in Section 2.04(c) and (ii) as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, the Company Share Plans will terminate.
