No Further Rights in Company Share Awards; Company Share Plan Termination. With respect to the Company Share Plan, (i) each holder of a Company Option, Company RSU, Company Restricted Share, or SAR, will cease to have any rights with respect thereto, except the right to receive the Option Consideration, SAR Consideration, and Restricted Company Share Award Consideration, as applicable, payable at the time and in the manner set forth in Section 2.04(d) and (ii) as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, the Company Share Plan will terminate.
