Common use of No Further Severance Clause in Contracts

No Further Severance. Except as explicitly set forth in this Agreement, Executive acknowledges and agrees that he is not entitled to receive any severance compensation or post-termination benefits from the Company, including, but not limited to, the payments described in Section 6 of the Employment Agreement. Executive hereby acknowledges that without this Agreement, he is not otherwise entitled to the consideration listed in this section 1 or any other severance or separation benefits from the Company.

No Further Severance. Except as explicitly set forth in this Agreement and the Supplemental Release Agreement, Executive acknowledges and agrees that he is not entitled to receive any severance compensation or post-termination benefits from the Company, including, but not limited to, the payments described in Section 6 of the Employment Agreement. Executive hereby waives his right to receive any such severance not explicitly set forth in this Agreement and acknowledges that without this Agreement, he is not otherwise entitled to the consideration listed in this section 1 or any other severance or separation benefits from the CompanySection 1.
