Common use of No Further Transfers Clause in Contracts

No Further Transfers. From and after the Effective Time, there shall be no further registration on the books of ETP of transfers of Common Units or Series A Units. From and after the Effective Time, the holders of Certificates or Book-Entry Units (or effective affidavits of loss in lieu thereof) representing Common Units or Series A Units outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall cease to have any rights with respect to such Common Units or Series A Units, as applicable, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by applicable Law. If, after the Effective Time, Certificates or Book-Entry Units (or effective affidavits of loss in lieu thereof) are presented to the Exchange Agent or SXL, they shall be canceled and exchanged for the consideration provided for, and in accordance with the procedures set forth, in this Article II.
