Common use of No Further Transfers Clause in Contracts

No Further Transfers. After the Effective Time, there shall be no transfers of any shares of Company Common Stock on the stock transfer books of the Surviving Corporation. If, after the Effective Time, certificates formerly representing shares of Company Common Stock are presented to the Surviving Corporation, they shall be forwarded to Parent and shall be canceled and exchanged in accordance with this Section 1.7.

No Further Transfers. After the Effective Time, there shall be no transfers of any shares of Company Common Stock on the stock transfer books of the Surviving Corporation. If, after the Effective Time, certificates formerly representing shares of Company Common Stock are presented to the Surviving Corporation, they shall be forwarded to Parent ImageX and shall be canceled and exchanged in accordance with this Section 1.7.

If, after the Effective Time, certificates formerly representing shares of Company Common Stock are presented to the Surviving Corporation, they shall be forwarded to Parent ShopNow and shall be canceled and exchanged in accordance with this Section 1.71.6.

If, after the Effective Time, certificates formerly representing shares of Company Common Stock are presented to the Surviving Corporation, they shall be forwarded to Parent ShopNow and shall be canceled and exchanged in accordance with this Section 1.7.

If, after the Effective Time, certificates formerly representing shares of Company Common Stock are presented to the Surviving Corporation, they shall be forwarded to Parent Sierra and shall be canceled and exchanged in accordance with this Section 1.71.6, subject to applicable law in the case of Dissenting Shares.
