Common use of No Genetically Modified Produce Clause in Contracts

No Genetically Modified Produce. Producers may not sell genetically modified produce. This prohibition includes produce grown from any plant material that is the product of cell fusion, recombinant DNA technology, or other similar technology. This prohibition excludes exclusively traditional methods, such as breeding or tissue culture.
