No Golden Parachutes. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, no payments shall be made hereunder in contravention of the golden parachute payment and indemnification payment restrictions contained in regulations adopted pursuant to Section 18(k) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. 1828(k).
