Common use of No Government Injunction Clause in Contracts

No Government Injunction. There is not pending or threatened any action, proceeding or investigation that seeks any governmental injunction or restraining order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction against the Subscriber or the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement that can reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on any Subscriber, any members of the Group or the Business of the Group Companies.
