No Governmental Intervention Sample Clauses
The "No Governmental Intervention" clause serves to protect the parties from adverse effects caused by actions or interference from government authorities. Typically, this clause states that neither party will be held liable or in breach of contract if performance is delayed or prevented due to government actions such as new regulations, embargoes, or other official interventions. By including this provision, the contract allocates the risk of unforeseen governmental interference, ensuring that neither party is unfairly penalized for circumstances beyond their control.
