Common use of No Governmental Order Clause in Contracts

No Governmental Order. There shall be no Governmental Order in existence which expressly prohibits the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreement; and

No Governmental Order. There shall be no Governmental Order in existence which expressly prohibits the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreement; andAgreements or which would make the consummation of such transactions unlawful and no Action shall have been instituted (other than by or on behalf of the Seller) and remain pending before a Governmental Authority to restrain or prohibit the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements;

No Governmental Order. There shall be no Governmental Order in existence which expressly prohibits restrains or which materially and adversely affects the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or is likely to render it impossible or unlawful to consummate such transactions and the Ancillary Agreement; andno Action by a federal Governmental Authority seeking to obtain such a Governmental Order shall be pending;

No Governmental Order. There shall be no Governmental Order in existence which expressly prohibits the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreement; andAgreements or which would make the consummation of such transaction unlawful;

No Governmental Order. There shall be no Governmental Order in existence which expressly prohibits the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreement; and;

No Governmental Order.
