Common use of No Governmental Order Clause in Contracts

No Governmental Order. There shall be no Governmental Order in --------------------- existence which restrains or which materially and adversely affects the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or is likely to render it impossible or unlawful to consummate such transactions;

No Governmental Order. There shall be no Governmental Order in --------------------- existence which restrains or which materially and adversely affects prohibits the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements or is likely which would make the consummation of such transactions unlawful and no Action shall have been instituted (other than by or on behalf of the Purchaser) and remain pending before a Governmental Authority to render it impossible restrain or unlawful to consummate such transactionsprohibit the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements;
