Common use of No Guarantee of Accuracy Clause in Contracts

No Guarantee of Accuracy. The City makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the GIS Data in regard to the Consultant’s intended use thereof; and

No Guarantee of Accuracy. The City makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the GIS Data in regard to the Consultant’s intended use thereofof the GIS Data; and

No Guarantee of Accuracy. The City makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the GIS Data in regard to the Consultant’s intended use thereofof the GIS Data; andand we acknowledge that if the data is incomplete or incorrect, it may negatively impact the Consultant’s ability to provide a complete and suitable recommendation pursuant to the Scope of Services defined in Exhibit A.
