No Guarantee of Adequate Funds to Pay Education Expenses. Participation in the Program does not guarantee that sufficient funds will be available to cover all Qualified Higher Education Expenses for any Beneficiary, even if the Account reached the Maximum Account Balance. Increases in future Qualified Higher Education Expenses are uncertain and may exceed increases in the general cost of living. Increases in Qualified Higher Education Expenses could exceed the rate of return under any or all of the Investment Options over the same period.
