No Guarantee of Payment. A Post-Service Medical Necessity Review is not a guarantee of Benefits. Actual availability of Benefits is subject to eligibility and the other terms, conditions, limitations, and Exclusions of this Contract. Post-Service Medical Necessity Review does not guarantee payment of Benefits by The Plan, for instance a Member may become ineligible for coverage as of the date of service or the Member’s Benefits may have changed as of the date of service.
