Common use of No Guarantee of Performance Clause in Contracts

No Guarantee of Performance. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Advisors cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the Services to be performed by Advisors. Rather, the Advisors shall conduct their operations and provide their services in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice and all federal, state and local laws. Consultant will use its best efforts and does not promise or guarantee results.
