No Guarantee of Profitability. Manager does not guarantee, and shall not be construed to have guaranteed, to Owner or any third party (including any mortgagee) that operation of the Facility will be profitable, but Manager shall use Manager's commercially reasonable, diligent, and good faith efforts to operate the Facility in as cost-efficient and profitable a manner as possible in light of all of the circumstances then-existing.
