No Guaranteed Engagement. The Parties acknowledge that the demand for the Teacher’s services is conditional to the preferences of Students. The Parties further recognize that the Platform engages many Teachers and has built a good and solid market reputation through the tradename “All Right”, and that the opinions and preferences of Students are an integral element in maintaining the Company’s good reputation in this market. Because of the above the Parties agree that this Agreement may be terminated by the Company with immediate effect for up to the first 25 lessons conducted by the Teacher provided that the feedback of the Students consumed these lessons was unsatisfactory.

  • No Guaranteed Work Work authorizations are issued at the discretion of the State. While it is the State's intent to issue work authorizations hereunder, the Engineer shall have no cause of action conditioned upon the lack or number of work authorizations issued.

  • No Guarantees The District will make good faith efforts to protect children from improper or harmful matter which may be on the Internet. At the same time, in signing this agreement, the parent and Student recognize that the District makes no guarantees about preventing improper access to such materials on the part of the Student.

In addition, if, in Contractor’s judgment, certain portions of such records are not statutorily exempt from disclosure but are sensitive because particular portions of Contractor’s records (NOT including pricing) include highly confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information (or the equivalent) that Contractor protects through the regular use of confidentiality or similar agreements and routine enforcements through court enforcement actions, Contractor shall identify and mark the precise portion(s) of the relevant page(s) of any records that include such sensitive information.
