No Hazardous Activities. Except for the implementation of remediation programs or plans required under agreements, orders or consent decrees referenced in the Environmental Report, Borrower shall not cause or permit the Property or Improvements to be used as a site for the use, generation, manufacture, storage, treatment, release, discharge, disposal, transportation or presence of any Hazardous Materials.
