Common use of No Hiring or Solicitation Clause in Contracts

No Hiring or Solicitation. Executive agrees that, during the Noncompetition Period, he shall not, and shall not permit any of his Affiliates to: (a) hire a Specified Worker; or (b) directly or indirectly, personally or through others, encourage, induce, attempt to induce, solicit or attempt to solicit (on their own behalf or on behalf of any other Person) any Specified Worker to terminate his/her/its employment or consulting relationship with the Company. For purposes of this Section 2, a “Specified Worker” shall mean any individual who is an employee or contractor of the Company or has been an employee or contractor of the Company within the preceding six (6) month period.
