Common use of No Illegality Clause in Contracts

No Illegality. No change shall have occurred after the execution and delivery of this Agreement in applicable law or regulations thereunder or interpretations thereof by regulatory authorities that, in the opinion of any Participant, the Policy Provider or their respective counsel, would make it illegal for such Participant or the Policy Provider, as the case may be, to enter into any transaction contemplated by the Operative Agreements or the Pass Through Documents.

No Illegality. No change shall have occurred after the date of the execution and delivery of this Agreement in applicable law or regulations thereunder or interpretations thereof by regulatory authorities that, in the opinion of any Participant, the Policy Provider such Participant or their respective its counsel, would make it illegal for such Participant or the Policy Provider, as the case may be, to enter into any transaction contemplated by the Operative Agreements or the Pass Through DocumentsAgreements.

No change shall have occurred after the date of the execution and delivery of this Agreement in applicable law or regulations thereunder or interpretations thereof by regulatory authorities that, in the opinion of any Participant, the Policy Provider or their respective counsel, that would make it illegal for such any Participant or the Policy Provider, as the case may be, any Trustee to enter into any transaction contemplated by the Operative Agreements or the Pass Through DocumentsAgreements.

No Illegality. No change shall have occurred after the date of the execution and delivery of this Agreement in applicable law or regulations thereunder or interpretations thereof by regulatory authorities that, in the opinion of any Participant, the Policy Provider or their respective counsel, that would make it illegal for such Participant the Owner Participant, the Owner Trustee, the Construction Agent or the Policy Provider, as the case may be, any Construction Lender to enter into any transaction contemplated by the Operative Agreements or the Pass Through DocumentsAgreements.
