Common use of No Illegality Clause in Contracts

No Illegality. No statute, rule or regulation of a Governmental Entity shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or issued and remain in effect that prohibits or makes illegal consummation of the Sale.

No Illegality. No statute, rule or regulation of a Governmental Entity Law shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or issued and remain in effect that prohibits or makes illegal consummation of the SaleSale in any Primary Jurisdiction.
