Common use of No Immunity Clause in Contracts

No Immunity. None of the Company, Subsidiaries or any of their respective properties or assets has any immunity from the jurisdiction of any court or from any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution or otherwise) under the laws of the PRC, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Cayman Islands, the State of New York, or United States federal law; and, to the extent that the Company, any of the Subsidiaries or any of their respective properties, assets or revenues may have or may hereafter become entitled to any such right of immunity in any such court in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, each of the Company and the Subsidiaries waives and will waive such right to the extent permitted by law.

No Immunity. None of the Company, its Subsidiaries or any of its or their respective properties or assets has any immunity from the jurisdiction of any court or from any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution or otherwise) under the laws of the PRC, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, the State of PRC, New York, York or United States federal law; and, to the extent that the Company, any of the its Subsidiaries or any of their respective properties, assets or revenues may have or may hereafter become entitled to any such right of immunity in any such court in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, each of the Company and the its Subsidiaries waives and or will waive such right to the extent permitted by lawlaw and has consented to such relief and enforcement under New York law as provided under this Agreement.

None of the Company, Subsidiaries any of its subsidiaries, Sxxxxx Beijing or any of its or their respective properties or assets has any immunity from the jurisdiction of any court or from any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution or otherwise) under the laws of the PRC, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, the State of PRC, New York, York or United States federal law; and, to the extent that the Company, any of the Subsidiaries its subsidiaries, Sxxxxx Beijing or any of their respective properties, assets or revenues may have or may hereafter become entitled to any such right of immunity in any such court in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, each of the Company Company, its subsidiaries and the Subsidiaries Sxxxxx Beijing waives and or will waive such right to the extent permitted by lawlaw and has consented to such relief and enforcement under New York law as provided under this Agreement and the Deposit Agreement.

No Immunity. None of the Company, Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, Ouhai VIE or any of its or their respective properties or assets has any immunity from the jurisdiction of any court or from any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution or otherwise) under the laws of the PRC, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, the State of PRC, New York, York or United States federal law; and, to the extent that the Company, any of the Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, Ouhai VIE or any of their respective properties, assets or revenues may have or may hereafter become entitled to any such right of immunity in any such court in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, each of the Company Company, its Subsidiaries and the Subsidiaries Ouhai VIE waives and or will waive such right to the extent permitted by lawlaw and has consented to such relief and enforcement under New York law as provided under this Agreement.

No Immunity. None of the Company, Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, TRX VIE or any of its or their respective properties or assets has any immunity from the jurisdiction of any court or from any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution or otherwise) under the laws of the PRC, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, the State of PRC, New York, York or United States federal law; and, to the extent that the Company, any of the Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, TRX VIE or any of their respective properties, assets or revenues may have or may hereafter become entitled to any such right of immunity in any such court in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, each of the Company Company, its Subsidiaries and the Subsidiaries TRX VIE waives and or will waive such right to the extent permitted by lawlaw and has consented to such relief and enforcement under New York law as provided under this Agreement.

None of the Company, Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, or any of its or their respective properties or assets has any immunity from the jurisdiction of any court or from any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution or otherwise) under the laws of the PRC, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, the State People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”), New York, York or United States federal law; and, to the extent that the Company, any of the Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, or any of their respective properties, assets or revenues may have or may hereafter become entitled to any such right of immunity in any such court in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, each of the Company and the its Subsidiaries waives and or will waive such right to the extent permitted by lawlaw and has consented to such relief and enforcement under New York law as provided under this Agreement.

None of the Company, Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, MDJM Tianjin or any of its or their respective properties or assets has any immunity from the jurisdiction of any court or from any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution or otherwise) under the laws of the PRC, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, the State of PRC, New York, York or United States federal law; and, to the extent that the Company, any of the Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, MDJM Tianjin or any of their respective properties, assets or revenues may have or may hereafter become entitled to any such right of immunity in any such court in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, each of the Company Company, its Subsidiaries and the Subsidiaries MDJM Tianjin waives and or will waive such right to the extent permitted by lawlaw and has consented to such relief and enforcement under New York law as provided under this Agreement.

No Immunity. None of the Company, Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, Puyi VIE or any of their respective properties its or assets has any immunity from the jurisdiction of any court or from any legal process (whether through service or notice, attachment prior to judgment, attachment in aid of execution or otherwise) under the laws of the PRC, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, the State of PRC, New York, York or United States federal law; and, to the extent that the Company, any of the Subsidiaries its Subsidiaries, Puyi VIE or any of their respective properties, assets or revenues may have or may hereafter become entitled to any such right of immunity in any such court in which proceedings may at any time be commenced, each of the Company Company, its Subsidiaries and the Subsidiaries Puyi VIE waives and or will waive such right to the extent permitted by lawlaw and has consented to such relief and enforcement under New York law as provided under this Agreement and the Deposit Agreement.
