No Impact on Live Sports Rights or Non-Streaming Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing contained in this Section 3.6 shall in any way apply to, or otherwise affect Licensee’s rights to exercise, (i) its rights hereunder to live sports events (including the Licensed Mexican Soccer Games), whether by means of live Internet streaming or any other Licensed Media; or (ii) any of its other rights hereunder with respect to live events (other than the live Internet streaming Broadcast rights described in this Section 3.6), in each case, under, and in accordance with, this Agreement.
