No Impairment of Payment Obligations. Each Obligor hereby acknowledges, agrees and affirms that, notwithstanding any projected amounts set forth in any information provided to the Noteholder Financial Advisor relating to the costs and expenses of the Collateral Agent and the Noteholder that are reimbursable by the Obligors or any other amounts owing by the Obligors to the Collateral Agent and the Noteholder (including, without limitation reasonable attorneys and financial advisor fees and expenses), such projections shall not limit, impair, modify or waive Obligors’ obligation to pay the actual amounts due to the Collateral Agent and/or the Noteholder in respect of such costs, expenses and other amounts owing to the Collateral Agent and the Noteholder.
