No Impairment of Warranties. From and after the Closing Date and throughout the Lease Term, the Lessee shall not take any action (or fail to take any action) if the result of such action (or failure to act) would abrogate or invalidate or otherwise materially adversely affect the validity of any warranties applicable to the Units which would otherwise be available with respect to the Units.
