Common use of No Impediment to Agreement Clause in Contracts

No Impediment to Agreement. Except as otherwise disclosed herein, Nowixxxx xxxeby represents to the Company that he is not, as of the date hereof, and will not be, during employment with the Company, employed under contract, oral or written, by any other person, firm or entity and is not and will not be bound by the provisions of any restrictive covenant or confidentiality agreement which would constitute an impediment to, or restriction upon, his ability to enter into this Agreement and to perform the duties of his employment.
