No implied authority. (a) The authority delegated to Vendor by DIR is limited to the terms of this CTSA. DIR is the State agency designated by the Texas Legislature to administer the TEX-AN NG Program, and no other agency of the State grants Vendor any authority related to this Program. Vendor is required to cooperate to the fullest extent possible to assist DIR in communications and negotiations with all Customers as directed by DIR.
