No Implied Duties or Other Assumed Obligations. The Designated Agents shall only be obliged to perform duties set out under the Notes and the Indenture, and shall have no implied duties. In acting under the terms of the Notes and the Indenture, the Designated Agents shall act solely as agents of the Company and shall not assume any obligations towards or relationship of agency or trust for or with any of the owners or Holders of the Notes.
