No Implied Licenses by Provider. Customer acknowledges that there are no licenses granted by Provider by implication under this Agreement. Provider reserves all rights that are not expressly granted herein. Customer acknowledges that, as between the parties, Provider owns all Intellectual Property Rights and proprietary interests that are embodied in, or practiced by, the Services, with the exception of Intellectual Property Rights in or to Customer Data or to User Content that may be distributed through the Services.
