Common use of No Implied Licenses or Warranties Clause in Contracts

No Implied Licenses or Warranties. No right or license under any patent application, issued patent, know-how or other proprietary information is granted or shall be granted by implication. All such rights or licenses are or shall be granted only as expressly provided in the terms of this Agreement. Neither Party warrants that any particular clinical or other studies will be conducted, or the success of those studies if conducted. Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, Alexion hereby disclaims any warranty expressed or implied as to any Product manufactured by or for, used, sold or placed in commerce by or on behalf of Alexion.
