No Imputed Knowledge. Xxxxx acknowledges and agrees that with regard to any property in which Xxxxx develops an interest, there shall be no knowledge imputed between Broker and Xxxxxx’s licensees or between the different licensees of Broker. Broker and each of Broker’s licensees shall be deemed to have only actual knowledge of such properties.
