No Inconsistent Agreements; Additional Rights. The Company will not enter into, and is not currently a party to, any agreement which is inconsistent with the rights granted to the Holders of Registrable Securities by this Agreement. If the Company enters into any agreement after the date hereof granting any person registration rights with respect to any security of the Company which agreement contains any material provisions more favorable to such person than those set forth in this Agreement, the Company will notify the Holders and will agree to such amendments to this Agreement as may be necessary to provide these rights to the Holders.
