Common use of No Increase in Exercise Price Clause in Contracts

No Increase in Exercise Price. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this paragraph (c), except to the limited extent provided for in paragraphs (c)(ii)(D) and (c)(ii)(E) above, no adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to this paragraph (c) shall have the effect of increasing the Exercise Price above the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment.
